The jumper is knitted in the round, bottom-up.
Deadline: 15th August 2024 (flexible if you need more time)
Level: intermediate+/advanced
Skills needed: working with 3 colors, stranded colorwork knitting, join and knit in the round, twisted rib, short rows, i-cord bind off, grafting
Sizes: XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXL)
Chest, Length from the lower edge to underarm (front), Sleeve from the lower edge to underarm
XS: 89cm, 39cm, 45cm
S: 93cm, 40cm 46cm
M: 98cm, 40cm, 46cm
L: 103cm, 41cm, 47cm
XL: 108cm, 43cm, 48cm
XXL: 112cm, 44cm, 49cm
XXXL: 117cm, 45cm, 50cm
The recommended positive ease is of 3-4 cm at chest [meaning the sweater should be 3-4cm larger than your chest].
Recommended wool: Léttlopi – 50 gr balls (or other yarn with similar characteristics and gauge)
Wool quantity XS (S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL):
Col A 0086 light beige 6 (7, 7, 8, 8, 9, 10)
Col B 9420 navy blue 1 (1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 2)
Col C 1404 glacier blue 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1)
Col D 1703 mimosa 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1)
Col E 9431 brick 1 (1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1)
[for the version, beige&turquoise&yellow; the colors' used for other versions will be available in the pdf], you can choose your own colors or knit one of my versions.
Note that these are estimated amounts. You may need one less or one more skein of the main color.
Gauge: Léttlopi 10 × 10cm = 18 sts and 24 rows in st st on 4.5mm needles
Knit a sample in a round and change your needles size if needed.
Needles and materials: 3.5mm and 4.5mm circular needles 40 and 80cm, 3.5mm and 4.5mm double pointed needles, tapestry needle, stitch holder or scrap yarn

By applying you accept he following requirements:
→ you will finish and block the sweater until the deadline
→ the test knit and will be hold in English, the main mean of communication is a dedicated Instagram group conversation (taking part in the Instagram group is not obligatory)
→ you will record the amount of wool in each color in grams (I recommend using a kitchen scale)
→ you will provide the answers in the feedback questionnaire, provided together with the instructions
→ you will buy the yarn and keep the sweater, I allow selling the final product if the name of the pattern and the designer is mentioned in the description. You can also get 1 of my other patterns for free as a small gift for you participation
I add all the knitters who complete the test to my priority list, its members receive the notifications about my new tests before the others
→ you will send the pictures of the finished sweater (modeled or laid flat). Your photos will be used in social media and for promotion purposes but won't be used in the pattern pdf. Other types of photos (work in progress etc.) are appreciated but not obligatory.
